Situated in Sutton-on-Sea, a traditional seaside town, without the amusement arcades but with local shops, cafes, pubs and fish and chip shops. There is a superb Blue Flag beach, paddling pool, bowls green and tennis court. All these are within 5 minutes walk of Sea Haven bungalow which provides a desirable base, overlooking a sports park and a children’s play area. The 4 mile promenade extends to Mablethorpe, also a cycleway, to the north and past Sandilands Golf Course to the south. Also within the area are numerous coastal and country walks and nature reserves including Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point. The nearby towns of Alford, Horncastle and Louth are worthy of visits and the ancient city of Lincoln is less than 1 hour away. For those looking for some livelier days, Mablethorpe is 3 miles away, Pleasure Land 14 miles and Skegness 16 miles. Shops, pub and restaurant 1/4 mile.
