A character holiday cottage tucked away in the village of Congham overlooking paddocks and close to the north Norfolk coast with sandy beaches, RSPB nature reserve and coastal walks. Hunstanton and Heacham, 30 minutes drive, offer an array of activities for all ages. Visit the medieval town of Kings Lynn, 6 miles, for shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, cinema and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool. Shops 1 mile, pub 75 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. Steep stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single with additional pull-out single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
