Situated within the Matterdale Valley near Ullswater, this delightful 18th century semi-detached holiday cottage, which has been well restored, retaining the old beams, provides three levels of accommodation and Velux windows.

Ideally placed to enjoy the full delights of the northern lakes, 11 miles from the popular Lake District town of Keswick, which has one of the most attractive backdrops in the Lake District, and 7 miles from the market town of Penrith.

There are numerous gentle walks available, and for the more adventurous, day long hikes to the summits of Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn. A superb location for a holiday at any time of year.
