Tucked away on the owners’ own small farm at the end of a private track it stands in an AONB, a ½ mile from the Nidderdale Way, ideal for walking or for simply relaxing in the charming garden. The renowned rock formations of Brimham Rocks are just 1 mile and historic Fountains Abbey just 3 miles. Pateley Bridge is 3 miles and is well served with individual country shops and cafes whilst the city of Ripon is just 8 miles. For the shopaholics Harrogate is 12 miles; afternoon tea in Bettys is a must. Shop 3 miles pub serving food 400 yards.
