In a glorious setting in the Blackdown Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and between Honiton and Chard, lie The Barns around a cobbled yard. Both detached holiday barn conversions are decorated and furnished to a good standard, both have their own gardens and fabulous views across the countryside. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s Grade II listed, medieval farmhouse, they are in an excellent location from which to explore numerous National Trust houses and the cathedral city of Exeter with its many attractions. Also within easy driving distance is the famous World Heritage Coast, as well as the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Beer and Exmouth. Situated between both Dartmoor and Exmoor National parks, both with brilliant walks, heather clad tors, ponies, rugged terrain and quaint villages. Crealy Park and Escot are both worth a visit. Shops 21/2 miles and pubs 1 mile.
