There really is something for everyone; golf at Royal Birkdale, bird watching along the coast, and the very rare red squirrels at Formby. Southport plays host to a wide selection of events ranging from the National Fireworks Display, an air show together with jazz and food and drink festivals. These events combined with the theatre, Splash World and the lovely parks make it an ideal location for everyone. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
