Quietly situated in a courtyard by the owners’ home, this romantic barn conversion has a beautiful bedroom oozing character, with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Outside is a shared courtyard with patio furniture, with wildlife pond, all surrounded by 15 acres of rolling pasture.

Nearby Littlethorpe is a small village with lovely walks along the restored canal, and just a short walk from the pretty village of Bishop Monkton which boasts a choice of two pubs both serving meals.

Ripon has a fabulous array of eating places, quaint shops and a weekly market, and a visit to the lovely cathedral is a must. This is an excellent base from which to tour the many delights of North Yorkshire.
