Situated in a quiet tree lined avenue in the popular seaside resort of Cromer, with its wide sandy beach, promenade, pier with theatre, tennis courts, 18-hole cliff top golf course, lifeboat station and museum, bustling town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Cromer Carnival is held the third week in August. The Leylands Apartments are named after important painters from the Norwich School of Arts, and are comfortably furnished to provide a warm welcome. The Vincent (ref 25646) has spacious rooms and high ceilings, whilst The Stannard (ref 25647) occupies the loft with sloping ceilings and sea views, and both share a courtyard patio.
