Walking is from the doorstep and the Lakeland Fells are a tempting invitation for the more energetic. The village has a pub, restaurant, farm shop and tea rooms (5 minute walk), with the market town of Penrith 2 miles and Keswick 14 miles for those who wish to browse the quaint shops and tea rooms.

Rheged, the Lake District’s biggest visitor attraction has wonderful family entertainment, giant movies and lots more only a mile away.

Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor/dining room/kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single (for children), both with wooden floors. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Separate toilet.
