This small single-storey holiday cottage is pleasantly set on a back road and boasts its own small, enclosed garden with patio, shingle garden and picnic bench. Standing at the end of a row of cottages converted from an old maltings, it is just a short walk away from the heart of the village with its range of specialist shops, pubs and restaurants. Within the immediate area are Holkham Hall, Burnham Thorpe (with its Admiral Lord Nelson connections), the small town of Wells-next-the-Sea and several fine, open sandy beaches. Sailing at Burnham Overy and Brancaster Staithes. Golf at Brancaster. Leisure centre and swimming pool at Hunstanton. Shops 100 yards.
