This beautiful mellow-brick former chapel is prettily set in the little village of Paxford overlooking the owner’s adjacent grounds and rolling countryside beyond. Completely modernised and converted into a very comfortable and well-equipped holiday cottage, it has its own enclosed garden and patio area. One of the gems of the Cotswolds, Chipping Campden, is only 2½ miles away, giving access to the Cotswold Way. Evesham (12 miles) has sports centre, fishing and boating on the Avon. Golf and riding locally. Stratford-upon-Avon 13 miles. A perfect Cotswolds’ touring base. Shop 2½ miles, award-winning pub 100 yards.
