It is set in the beautiful Eden Valley within the pretty sandstone village of Warcop (with green and stream meandering through the middle). The village is ideally placed to explore northern England - the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales are both an easy, scenic drive and the Scottish border with Hadrian’s Wall is within an hour’s drive.

The famous Settle to Carlisle railway in the market town of Kirkby Stephen and the historic town of Appleby are 5 miles.
