Ideally placed to tour Southern Lakeland, Coniston Water (3 miles) and Lake Windermere (7 miles).

The Cumbrian beaches are nearby for bird watching and gentle strolling, whilst the Lake District Fells surround for energetic walks with stunning views from the peaks. Ulverston (5 miles) has stylish boutiques, cinema, theatre and many restaurants and cafes. Dog kennel in garden.
