This traditional cottage, built of local carrstone , is set peacefully in the conservation area of Snettisham village, just 2 miles from the beach, with its RSPB bird reserve, and Pensthorpe. Close to the owner’s home, and with its own well-tended garden, it is well-equipped, comfortably furnished and heated throughout. An ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. Snettisham has village shops, inns, restaurants and a farm park. Miles of sandy beaches and salt marshes along the coast are ideal for walking, bird-watching, cycling (hire available locally) and sailing. Victorian resort of Hunstanton, with its leisure centre and theatre, 4 miles. The Queen’s estate at Sandringham and Norfolk Lavender at Heacham are nearby. Shops 100 yards.
