From the lounge and bedroom windows you can see across the river to the town of Dartmouth and the naval college. The little ferry, just 50 yards from the property, can take you across the river into Dartmouth with its wide range of amenities. Buses are frequent in Kingswear taking you to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay with no need for your car. Shop and pub 20 yards.
