Stunning views

This is a delightful holiday property with origins dating back to the Middle Ages. It is set in a 4-acre island paradise that has the dividing river flow running around and through the mill.

This converted watermill ceased working in the 1960s and now provides the most idyllic, relaxing holiday retreat. The area has some fantastic walking and cycle tracks with a host of abundant wildlife, be sure to bring your binoculars and walking shoes!

For those wishing to travel a little further afield places worth a visit include Royal Sandringham, Oxburgh Hall, Castle Acre, Banham Zoo and The Steam Museum. Not to mention the fine city of Norwich with its great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The city has more medieval churches than any other in Western Europe, and the ancient city walls enclose a wealth of historic buildings. Included amongst them is the castle which towers above the city centre, a medieval guildhall and a Norman cathedral. The River Wensum flows through the centre, enabling the hiring of boats and canoes and providing some brilliant walks.
