Weaver’s Cottage, set within a rear south facing garden, is situated in this pretty Cotswold village, with a 13th century parish church. At the other end of the village are the Rollright Stones, a neolithic monument. Enjoy the walks or cycle paths that pass through the countryside, an AONB. Visit Burford, Stow-in-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Shipston-on-Stour, Chipping Campden and Shipton-under-Wychwood all a short drive with art galleries, antique shops and tea shops. Stratford-upon-Avon, 20 minutes’ drive, is famous as Shakespeare’s birthplace. Shop ½ mile, pub/restaurant 100 yards.
