A barn conversion adjoining the owners home, it is set in an ideal location for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The Pennine Way crosses the end of the road and there is excellent fishing in the reservoir. Historic Middleton-in-Teesdale, with its shops and cafes, is only 3 miles away. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1½ miles.
