Once the home for servants of a nearby house, this 150 year old holiday cottage is situated in a quiet village under Arnside Knott which has the finest view in the north west of England. Many attractive features draw people from all over the world. Nestled alongside Morecambe Bay, the area is visited by hundreds of people to do the famous Cross-Bay Walk with the Queen’s Guide, and also to view the dramatic Tidal Bore. A short train ride across the bay is Grange-over-Sands or, in the other direction, Silverdale (golf and Leighton Moss Bird Reserve). There are stunning coastal and woodland walks, glorious sunsets, delightful shops and cafés on the promenade and fishing from the pier. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
