From its elevated position, this 200-year-old, single-storey barn conversion enjoys panoramic views over the countryside to the Malvern Hills. Retaining a wealth of original features, it stands detached at the end of a ½-mile drive, on a 40-acre smallholding adjoining Grafton Wood Wildlife Reserve. There are many marked walks on the reserve (where muntjac, roe deer and protected butterflies can be seen), and the Wychavon Way passes the property’s door. Worcester is 9 miles, Stratford-upon-Avon 14 miles, and the Cotswolds 40 minutes. Riding, golf and clay pigeon shooting all available locally. Shops ½ mile, three pubs within a mile.
Large beamed open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove, stone floor and well-equipped kitchen area with Rayburn (for cooking) and painted fitted units. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and built-in wardrobes. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and sealed cork-tiled floor.
