This holiday cottage is adjacent to the owner’s country house, with shared landscaped gardens, outdoor swimming pool and gym. Yew Tree Cottage is ideal for couples wanting a restful holiday, in attractive surroundings. Located in a lovely part of the Meon Valley, about half a mile from the village where Thomas Lord rests, founder of Lords cricket. East Meon is slightly further, with an elevated church and very good pubs. Within reach are the glorious South Downs, Portsmouth with shopping, naval ships, the Spinnaker Tower and ferry trips to the Isle of Wight. Shop and pub 500 yards.
